Judi Iucci knows Staten Island and the changes that have impacted the real estate market as only a native Staten Islander can. Spending the last 17 years in real estate, she has over 25 years experience in sales and customer service. She knows her sales team has to be competitive and aggressive in order to sell or lease your property in this changing market. Judi is a Relocation Certified Coordinator and has been involved with relocating clients all over the world. Danielle Johnston is a native Staten Islander who grew up on the South Shore. Danielle has lived in Randall Manor, on Staten Island's North Shore since 1990. With twenty years of experience at JP Morgan Chase, working with high net worth clients, as well as equity capital markets, Danielle has the organizational skills and determination necessary to successfully guide you through the complexities of your real estate transaction, while providing the highest level of customer service. Whether your real estate needs involve the purchase or sale of residential property or tend towards commercial and industrial, Danielle can help facilitate all aspects in a seamless process.

Jon C. Salmon, Realtor® and President of Salmon Real Estate
Jon Salmon's reputation for integrity and unparalleled expertise inthe real estate market reaches far beyond Staten Island. In 1979, he joined the firm his father started in 1956, and quickly became an award-winning top producer in residential and commercial real estate. His knowledge as an expert in real estate has been called upon in New York State Supreme Court. Jon's ability to communicate effectively has led to teaching real estate at St. John's University, lecturing at the College of Staten Island, and conducting seminars locally and at national conventions for the Leading Real Estate companies of the World. Lesley Whitfield, Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker
Experience:
Lesley Whitfield, originally from the United Kingdom, has lived on Staten Island for three years and loves living in this former British colony! In her prior life (before real estate) Lesley managed assisted living homes for older adults, and also supervised a team of professional care givers who supported older adults in the community. Life being what it is, Lesley’s husband was transferred in his job to the United States. After searching for just the right home in her new community, Lesley decided “I can do that” based on her experiences with several local agents. Lesley’s odyssey through the wonderful world of real estate has been several years in the making. Her personal buying experiences have made her strongly believe that the role of the Realtor®, working with clients, selling or buying real estate, is to make the process as stress free and efficient as possible.
Lesley is a supporter of the Juvenile Diabetes Association, the annual Easter Egg Hunt through the Staten Island Board of Realtors® (SIBOR) and is a member of both SIBOR and International Committee at SIBOR.
